Meet Robert Cummings
Robert S. Cummings is a 2007 graduate of Campbell University School of Law and completed a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Lawyer at Martindale Hubbell.
He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Chatham County Bar Association, the 18th Judicial District Bar, and the North Carolina Bar Association’s Family Law Section where he serves on the Domestic Violence Committee and has formerly served on the Section Counsel for the NCBA’s Solo, Small Firm & General Practice Section.
Robert has served the people of Chatham and surrounding counties throughout his legal career. He works closely with his clients to advise, counsel, and represent them through family law disputes, the probate process, and toward resolving traffic matters that occur in the County. Robert’s ability to connect with people from all walks of life allows him to focus on understanding his clients and their individual circumstances.
Outside the Chatham County Justice Center, Robert reads the super-hero multiverse of DC Comics, enjoys Nintendo games past and present along with his kids and explores multiple editions of Dungeons & Dragons. He is a lifelong fan of the Baltimore Orioles, despite the fact they have not made it to the World Series since 1983. Whether it’s walking in the North Carolina mountains or hanging around the house, Robert enjoys his interests and time with his wife and two sons.
